Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the handmade nature of our tiles, slight variations in color, size, and pattern may occur. These variations are not considered defects but are part of the unique charm of handmade cement tiles.

Cement Tiles beauty and richness comes from its handmade nature, Cement Tiles show variations in color and design imperfections, this adds to their charm, Cement Tiles will not be identical from piece to piece. This is a result of the handmade process and the nature of cement. This adds to the natural appeal and does not compromise the performance of the tile.

Due to these qualities, there will be a variance in every tile. All Cement Tiles may suffer color tone changes over time and with regular maintenance. To ensure the best color match, place orders for all quantities to complete the installation, including extras for damage, cuts and waste. We highly recommend adding a 15% to all measurements.

Mixing tiles from different boxes during setting is highly recommended to produce a beautiful naturally rich appearance. Details can be seen in a close-up, but will be unnoticed when installation is completed.

Sample tiles are representative of colors and may vary from actual order.

Installation of our products means acceptance and absolutely no returns and/or exchange will be accepted. Please inspect product before your contractor installs it.

Ordering Process

  1. Placing an Order: Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or by visiting our showroom. Please provide accurate and complete information to ensure timely processing.
  2. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include the details of your order, including the products, quantities, and total cost.
  3. Custom Orders: For custom orders, additional time may be required for design and production. We will provide an estimated timeline for custom orders upon confirmation.

Original Mission Tile is not responsible for quantities ordered; we highly recommend verifying quantities with contractor before ordering. All material must be ordered in Full Box quantities.

After receiving your order, a copy of the invoice will be sent to you in order to verify the accuracy and details of the order, quantities, colors and sizes. This is your opportunity to make any changes before we begin production.

Pricing and Payment

  1. Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
  3. Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to the total cost of your order based on the shipping address.

Full payment is required in advance for all in-stock & samples orders. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders to begin the production. Payment for the remaining balance will be due upon completion of your order. Once full payment is received we will release the shipment.

Original Mission Tile reserves the right to changes its prices, terms and conditions of sale without notice. Due to fuel cost variations, estimated shipping cost can change.

Order lead-time

Your order will proceed to production when 50% deposit has been confirmed. From this date, most orders will be shipped within our standard lead-time between 4 to 6 weeks, but can take longer based on volume, production scheduled and times of the year. Please always check availability and estimated delivery times. For custom designs and custom colors, please check cost and development lead time with our office.

Order cancellation policy

Due to the fact that we do not stock inventory of custom designs and colors, we cannot accept order cancellations after production has begun.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
  2. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order placement. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method selected.
  3. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional fees and customs duties may apply. Please contact us for more information on international shipping.

All orders are shipped from our Customs broker’s warehouse in Laredo, Texas 78045, customers are responsible for will-call pick up at that location unless otherwise specified. We can help to get the estimated shipping cost to your place; weight and distance will determine cost. You will be billed for the freight cost and any cost that exceed the estimate quotation.

We cannot accept liability for damage during shipment. We do not accept responsibility for lost working time in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed or for being incorrect.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Return Policy: All sales are finale, we don’t accept returns of unused and undamaged tiles. Custom orders and clearance items are not eligible for return.
  2. Exchange Policy: All sales are finale, we don’t accept returns of unused and undamaged tiles. Custom orders and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
  3. Refunds: Refund is accepted in the case of in-stock material and that order has not been shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any claims regarding color, design, quality or quantity must be resolved prior to installation. Any returns require written authorization. Returns must be made in the original packaging and credited upon inspection in our warehouse. Restocking and Freight is responsibility of customer. No claims will be accepted for any reason after installation.

Damaged or Defective Products

  1. Inspection: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective tiles, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
  2. Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the damaged or defective tiles or providing a refund.

All products leave our dock in good condition and properly packed. All claims for damaged and broken merchandise must be made through your carrier.

Customer is responsible for the inspection of all material when received. Pictures will be required to assist in any claim for damage material. Please note any damage on the freight company Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. No claim for damage can be accepted if not noted at the time of delivery and notification must be sent to us within the following 48 hours.

Please do not refuse the shipment, if you find damage, missing material or incorrect quantities accept the shipment and note the issues in detail on the receipt with the driver. If damage is properly noted, we can begin the process of getting replacement material to you.

We must be notified immediately for any material shortage.

Custom Orders

  1. Design Approval: For custom orders, a design approval process can be conducted. If require by written, you will receive design proofs for approval before production begins.
  2. Production Time: Custom orders may require additional production time. We will provide an estimated timeline upon confirmation of the order.
  3. Non-Returnable: Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
