Designs Hex 8

Our 30 hexagonal patterns in stock in the 8×9 format, ready to ship from Laredo, Texas in 2 to 3 weeks. On a hexagon the repeat runs in three directions instead of two, so the field reads as a honeycomb rather than a grid, and these designs are drawn for that geometry rather than adapted from a square.

Each tile is 8×9 in handmade encaustic cement, pressed and cured by hand in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. They are sold by the box, and every page shows the price per tile, per sq.ft. and per box with a calculator for your square footage. Hexagons need more cuts at the edges than squares, so order 15 percent over your measurement. Solid hexagon colors are in a separate section.
