Designs Hex 8×9

Our hexagonal patterns in the 8×9 format, made to order. The hexagon changes what a pattern can do: the repeat runs in three directions instead of two, so the field reads as a honeycomb rather than a grid, and a design that would feel rigid on a square becomes continuous. These 35 patterns are drawn for that geometry.

Nothing here is held in stock, so each order is pressed for you in the colors you choose from our palette of 64, with a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks. Each tile is 8×9 in handmade encaustic cement from San Luis Potosi, Mexico, shipped from our Laredo, Texas hub. You can recolor any of these in our online Design Studio, and a sample is worth ordering before a full run.
